Custom and Single Wheel Set Purchases

Design Consultation: Start by reaching out to us with your inquiry. Our team will contact you promptly to discuss and finalize your wheel design specifics.

Verification and Initial Deposit: After finalizing the design, we'll send an email to confirm your specifications. To initiate the manufacturing process, a 50% deposit is required.

Final Balance and Shipment: Once your wheels are ready, we'll notify you to settle the remaining balance. Your wheels will be shipped immediately after payment is received.

 

Group Purchases:

Limitations on Group Purchases: Note that group purchase discounts apply to standard designs and finishes only. Custom specifications and specialized finishes are exclusive to individual orders.

Verification and Initial Deposit: The process mirrors that of individual orders. You'll receive an email for specification confirmation, followed by a request for a 50% deposit to start manufacturing.

Final Balance and Shipment: Like individual orders, the remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
